You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, products should be in their original condition, unused or unworn beyond reasonable inspection, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please include original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

These conditions do not restrict statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

2. FREE RETURN SHIPPING
Eligible returns requested within our 30-day return window qualify for free return shipping.

Email loicenascotteY@outlook.com with your order number and product details to begin a return. We will provide an authorized return address and prepaid label or another return method at our expense.

Do not ship products to an unconfirmed business address. Our return processing facility may be different from our correspondence address.

3. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
